Recipe: Cilantro u•matcha™ Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1-inch knob ginger, coarsely chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp The Republic of Tea Agave Nectar
  • 2 tbsp The Republic of Tea Stir-Fry Tea Oil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp u•matcha™
    Preparation

  • Combine first 10 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Whisk matcha powder into water using a matcha whisk. Add to blender mixture and blend to combine.
