- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1 date
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 Organic Turmeric Single Sip
- 1½ cups water + water for soaking
- In a small bowl, add almonds and date then cover with water (preferably filtered) until completely submerged. Let sit on the countertop for one hour, then strain out nuts and dates; discard soaking water.
- Blend soaked nuts and dates with 1 1/2 cups fresh water, vanilla, Turmeric Single Sip and a pinch more of salt until very smooth.
