Golden Milk Overnight Oats

  • 1 cups milk or almond or coconut milk
  • 1 Turmeric Single Sip
  • 1/2 tablespoon of honey
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • Fresh fruit such as peaches bananas or blueberries, honey and walnuts for serving (optional)

 

Heat up milk till warm. Stir in Turmeric Single Sip and honey. Place oats into a canning jar and stir in liquid.  Place on top and chill overnight. Top with rest of ingredients when ready to eat.

 

Makes 1 serving.
