- 1 cups milk or almond or coconut milk
- 1 Turmeric Single Sip
- 1/2 tablespoon of honey
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- Fresh fruit such as peaches bananas or blueberries, honey and walnuts for serving (optional)
Heat up milk till warm. Stir in Turmeric Single Sip and honey. Place oats into a canning jar and stir in liquid. Place on top and chill overnight. Top with rest of ingredients when ready to eat.
Makes 1 serving.
