Matcha Cinnamon Almond Milk Recipe

Serves 4


•  1 cup raw almonds

•  3 1/2 cups filtered water

•  2 teaspoons Matcha

•  1 teaspoon cinnamon

•  1 tablespoon local honey

How to Make

Soak raw almonds for 8+ hours and rinse. Place in a blender with 3 1/2 cups water and blend on high for a about a minute. Strain almond milk through a large cheesecloth into a large pitcher. Rinse out blender, then pour almond milk back in with matcha, cinnamon and honey. Blend for another minute. Good warm or cold.
