Turmeric Thai Peanut Sauce

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 Organic Turmeric Single Sip
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. (Mixture will become easy to combine as peanut butter melts.)
  2. Continue stirring over low heat until ingredients are combined and mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Try with grilled chicken, raw vegetables, tofu or rice.
