1. Chai Sweetener
Sweeten plain yogurt, oatmeal or applesauce. Drizzle on ice cream, pancakes and waffles, or blend into a smoothie.
2. Vanilla Replacement
Replace the vanilla extract in any recipe with twice the amount of Tablespoon Chai.
3. Chai Apple Cider
Add 1 tsp of Tablespoon Chai to 8 oz of hot apple cider or sparkling apple cider.
Blend 2 Tbsp of Tablespoon Chai with 1 cup of milk and 2 cups of vanilla ice cream.
5. Chai BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine 1 Tbsp of Tablespoon Chai with ½ cup of water, ½ cup ketchup, 1 tsp white vinegar, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp onion powder. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently for 7–8 minutes. Let cool.
6. Dirty Chai
Add 1 Tbsp of Tablespoon Chai to one shot of espresso and 7 oz of steamed milk or milk alternative.
7. Irish Cream Chai Latte Cocktail
Mix 1 Tbsp of Tablespoon Chai with 8 oz of hot water and 2 oz of Irish cream liqueur. Top with whipped cream.
8. Chai Rice Crispy Treats
Add 2 Tbsp of Tablespoon Chai to your favorite rice crispy treats recipe.
9. Chai Cake
Mix 2 Tbsp of Tablespoon Chai with 7 oz of water. Replace the water in a boxed white or yellow cake mix with
the equivalent amount of prepared chai.
10. Chai Rice Pudding
Stir in 1–2 Tbsp of Tablespoon Chai (to taste) into your rice pudding.
