Iced Fruity Matcha Latte

Serves 1

  • ½ to 1 tsp matcha (use desired strength)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Sweetener to taste (depending on how sweet the fruit is)
  • 1/3 cup ripe fruit (strawberries, mango, banana, etc.)


Sift then whisk matcha into 2 Tbs. warm water. Stir in milk till blended. Mash or puree the ripe fruit and place at the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the rest with ice and pour the prepared matcha over it. Stir, sweeten to taste and enjoy!
