Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
  • Fresh fruit such as mango or banans (optional)
  • 1 U•Matcha Single Sip packet or 1 tsp. powdered matcha

Step 1:

Place all the ingredients together in a mason jar and blend well

Step 2:

Cover the jar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Can be eaten at room temperature or heat in the microwave. Top with more fresh fruit and dust with some matcha.
