- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
- Fresh fruit such as mango or banans (optional)
- 1 U•Matcha Single Sip packet or 1 tsp. powdered matcha
Place all the ingredients together in a mason jar and blend well
Cover the jar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Can be eaten at room temperature or heat in the microwave. Top with more fresh fruit and dust with some matcha.
