Burnout Blocker™ Almond-Chata

Ingredients

  • 3 Burnout Blocker™ tea bags
  • 1 cup of water, boiling
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, for garnish

Directions

Heat the milk in a saucepan to almost boiling and add in the tea bags with the boiling water. Let the tea bags steep for 5-10 minutes, then remove. Stir in maple syrup and pure vanilla extract. Once cooled, pour over 2 ice-filled glasses or jars and garnish with ground cinnamon, if desired. SERVES 2
