How to Make Bubble Tea

Black Bubble (or Boba) Milk Tea Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients

• 2 cups strong chilled Black Tea

Agave Syrup or organic sugar to taste

• 2 cups milk of choice (not rice milk)

• 2 cups of crushed ice

• 1 cup cooked Boba ­— large black tapioca pearls (cook to manufacturer’s instructions)

How to Make

In a pot, brew 4 tea bags of Organic Assam Breakfast or Three Gardens Breakfast in 2 cups of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bags, add sweetener to taste and let cool. )

Divide tapioca pearls and place in two tea glasses. Place all ingredients in a shaker (except for the tapioca pearls) and shake vigorously until frothy. Pour into prepared glass tea cups and sip with fat straws. Enjoy your Bubble Tea Sip by Sip.

Matcha Slushie Bubble (or Boba) Tea Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients

• 3  cups milk of choice (not rice milk)

• 1 ½ tablespoons Matcha

• 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup

• 2 cups of ice

• 1 cup cooked Boba ­— large black tapioca pearls (cook to manufacturer’s instructions)

How to Make

Divide tapioca pearls and place in two tea glasses. Place all ingredients in a blender (except for the tapioca pearls) and blend till smooth. Pour into prepared glass tea cups and sip with fat straws. Enjoy your bubble tea, sip by sip.
